EXALT (EXcursion ALTernatives) is an innovative organisation specialising in single-day off the "beaten-track" Jeep, Trekking and Adventure expeditions. Servicing the western, central and eastern parts of Cyprus.
 

   EXALT is dedicated to small group Experience Tourism, in which you become an active participant in the excursion rather than just a passive observer of people, places and things.
 

   As an alternative to "mass-tourism" coach tours and convoy-type "jeep safaris", EXALT has developed a series of adventurous and informative special interest programmes devoted to environmentally-friendly exploration of natural wonders, cultural monuments and wilderness areas across Cyprus.

   EXALT's programmes fall into two main categories: Jeep Excursions and Trekking Expeditions. Our prime directive is to get off the "beaten track": We do not visit any famous sightseeing attractions, we stick to dirt tracks and goat paths more than main roads; we walk rather than drive whenever possible, and our itineraries change according to the season and interests of the group. With a "less is more" mentality, EXALT limits group sizes to comfortable, non-intrusive numbers.
 

   It could be said that eating and drinking is a national sport in Cyprus! At EXALT, we give major emphasis to the food element of our itineraries, believing that top-quality local food is just as important to the success of the excursion as the sites and landscapes you will visit.

 

  Cyprus - situated at the cross roads of three continents - Europe, Africa & Asia - is the third largest island in the Mediterranean.
